    - Assist teams with building tolerance for principled disagreement and/or navigating conflict

    - Curate trainings such as: trauma-informed care, empathetic supervision, engaging in critical conversations, etc.

  • Program Development & Organizational Change

    - Provide thought-partnership to individuals, teams, and/or boards, including assistance with implementation of new initiatives or strategic plans

    - Handle grant writing on a specific project or long-term basis

    - Lead Strategic Planning processes

    - Assist with assessing need for strategic partnerships, mergers, or acquisitions, and support agencies through this process

    - Provide assessment of program, project, or organizational impact, and assist with implementation of ongoing assessment structures for continual improvement
