  • Professional Development for Individuals and Teams

    We offer professional development training such as Effective Supervision, Dare To Lead™, and Culturally Responsive Management. Coaching is available on an individual or team basis.     In a truly inclusive workplace, we hope to see a sense of belonging and acceptance that extends to every facet of the work, including well aligned policy and procedure. We assist agencies in refining systems and practices, including hiring, interim agency leadership, and other HR support.
